Program process and Scope
The program builds on and weaves 4 modern research fields: developmental psychology, relational organizational psychology, leadership in complex & adaptive systems and sustainable change of social systems. Method and process have been refined and tested over several years in close cooperation with a large Swedish organisation, and together with leading researchers in its field.
The program guides you through 8 facilitated full days woven with individual study and reflection, exploration in self-organized triads and individual coaching sessions.
This process, along with careful world-class facilitation, enables the continuity, depth and presence over time needed to open up individual and organizational transformation

The program builds deep connection and trust between participating leaders, which is shown in increased collaboration between different organisational units, and between attending leaders for years to come.

An Overview of the 8 modules of the Program
Module 1 - The journey into the unknown begins
Module 1 will open the journey into the unknown. Initiating your inner process of transformation. A transformation that will open doors to new worlds for you. Inner worlds letting you untap your inner wisdom and power.
Module 1 will also shape a foundation of trust and openness in the group. A foundation that will last for years to come
Module 2 - Deepening awareness, opening a new universe
Module 2 will gently continue to deepen your journey of awareness. Widening your input field of reliable information, and start to explore the social field. Also starting your exploration of your inner psychological figures. Opening a new, inner universe.
Module 3 Exploring the unexplored fields of human and organisational life
Module 3 continues to open into the void and unexplored fields of human and organisational life. Around module 3, many program attendees start to feel comfortable with this new way of approaching self, others and our systems. This feeling of comfort often transforms into new leadership practices starting to evolve.
Module 4 Attunement - we are all connected
In Module 4, we deepen the exploration of the human phenomenon of attunement: being aware that we always feel and sense each other can make us aware of the field we create. We start to explore one of the strongest inner psychological figures of today, and how we can use the powers of that figure without getting caught in its shadow.
We also start tapping into the void… for data.
Module 5 Beliefs, preconceptions, and extracting wisdom from the void
In Module 5 we will further deepen our understanding of beliefs and preconceived truths. Of power and fear as two potentially benign, often malign dynamics in an organisation. Module 5 will open you to yet a deeper insight of how the inner and outer realities are one, and how we can use this insight to extract data from the field, otherwise inaccessible to us.
Module 6 The leap into the unknown
In module six we will explore the ongoing global shift, the grand inner Leap from an heroic worldview to a post heroic worldview. A leap that we need to dare to embrace to meet our ambiguous future.
Module six will deepen your understanding of how to lead in the emerging world of organisation. And how to enable and access the collective insight and wisdom needed to cut through complexity. Module 6 is a step into the new.
Module 7 The power of connection, and the fall of empires
Module 7 will introduce you to the falling of empires, both within and around us, as a necessity for transformation. Experiencing the power of connection, and how this human to human connection becomes the solid known to rest in when all else changes.
This is a leap into a new dimension of leadership. Unlocking deep truths.
Module 8 The leap, the closing of a cycle, the journey begins
Module eight opens a door to the unknown future for you to step into. The cycle of the program closes, and your journey begins. You will be ready to fly, into your new universe. And we will all be there with you.
