We need to widen and deepen our awareness as human beings and leaders to be able to meet the global challenges we see today. To be able to lead towards a sustainable future. To be able to more proudly leave the world to our children .
Today, there are modern research fields that show how we can lead in an increasingly complex world. That show us the shifts that truly enable us to serve the self and the planet, to serve this moment and future generations. Which gives us the power to see and shape new realities beyond what was previously possible. Which allows us to see what we could not see before. Hear what we could not hear before. Giving birth to a new leadership with people and our planet at heart, for the sake of future generations.
Research that also show us the foundational organisational principles letting us to build a truly powerful, innovative organisation with people at the center.
Over the past five years, we have created, iterated and validated immersive, transformational leader development programs. Programs that enable the transformational shifts that research shows are possible. Shaping significant positive effects that reach far beyond the organization.
Effects and results have been validated through a three-year Action Research project with 75 leaders in a 5,000-employee strong R&D organization.
Measurements were conducted 4 and 16 months after the program completion. Measurements at the individual level show that the programs were able to create the transformation that research shows is possible. At the organizational level, the measured effects far exceeded our high expectations of the impact such an inner transformation could have on collaboration, results and positive impact.
It is time to widen the impact of this knowledge. To allow the effects to spread more widely.So that we together can drive positive change towards a sustainable world, with all people at the center.
